External Vendor record from Account Settings will be displayed as Trained if at least one of the users from the supplier company completes the training.
The "Active" column is now sortable on the External Vendors page.
The “Acknowledgements” column is renamed to “Completed PO Acknowledgement” to accurately reflect the metric being tracked. The column shows the acknowledgement rate only for Completed POs that were created after the supplier completed training.
A new column titled “Open PO Engagement” is located to the right of the “On-Time” column. This is the percentage of all open purchase order lines where supplier has taken any action: acknowledged, messaged, or canceled buyer requests/proposals. This metric is calculated for purchase order lines opened after the supplier has completed training.
In the “Number of Distinct Shipments On-Time” field, the calculated percentage of on-time shipments is now displayed in parentheses, i.e. “4 of 10 (40%)”.
Under the “PO Acknowledgement (Avg. Response Time)” field in the Responsiveness card, a new metric for “Completed PO Acknowledgement Rate” is added. This displays the same metric as "Completed PO Acknowledgement" from the Supplier Performance page.
In the “Recently Shipped POs” and “Recently Received POs” tables visible for buyers at the bottom of the page (note that only one is displayed at a time), the following PO date columns are displayed only if they are enabled in the buyer company’s integration settings:
PO Ship Date
Ship Promise Date
The Supplier Tasks page now has a filter for PO Number displayed next to the Companies filter.
Buyers can now export all awarded RFQ lines at the Project level
The export is in .XLSX format and will contain one record for every awarded RFQ line item that is associated with the project
The export will contain the following fields:
Cost Per Unit
Unit of Measure
Buyer Dashboard Bulk Actions on All RFQs
Buyers can now take bulk actions on ALL RFQs, regardless of RFQ status
Whenever a bulk action is not available on an RFQ (ex: Buyers cannot archive Published RFQs), SourceDay will grey out the specific action and provide a tooltip that informs you why the action is unavailable
