For some clients using NetSuite, SourceDay can write back shipping details and create an Inbound Shipment record in NetSuite. SourceDay can also create an Item Fulfillment record for Drop Ship POs. This will enable clients to easily use SourceDay to collaborate on Drop Ship POs.
How can suppliers create item fulfillment records?
Using the existing ASN creation steps, suppliers can update order lines with shipping details. These details are saved in the Buyer's & Supplier's Shipment Dashboard. Now these details will automatically write back in NetSuite.
Suppliers can:
1. Create, edit, and unship (delete) Item Fulfillment Record for Drop Ship POs, one PO Line at a time.
2. Create multiple Item Fulfillment Records for the same Drop Ship PO line.

Special note
Buyer Companies may need to update their Shipment Template if they are using both Netsuite's Inbound Shipment & Item Fulfillment features. This will ensure that the proper details are recording accordingly within NetSuite. Updating the Shipment Template will impact what information all suppliers provide and where they provide those details (Shipment Header or on the Shipment line).
