I'm trying to take action on a PO Line but most of the choices on the Action Menu are greyed out and not available. Why is this and what do I do about it?
Answer
There could be several reasons why certain actions are not available on a PO Order line. Reviewing the order status can help us better understand. Here are a few of the most common reasons:
1. The order line is in a Pending Status. (The supplier will need to Acknowledge the order line).
2. The order line is in a Pending Approval Status. (The buyer team will need to approve recent changes to the order line within their ERP).
How Do I Enable Order Status?
The Order Status column can be enabled under Manage Columns. Once you toggle the button to blue you can drag this column up or down on the column list to move it's location on your dashboard. Order Status will impact the actions available on a PO so we recommend moving this column near the top of the list so you can see the Order Status right away in the PO Dashboard.
