What Changes are Coming
As SourceDay works to improved security and ease of access for users, some changes are coming to how users login to SourceDay. We are now able to offer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign On (SSO). Reach out to support@sourceday.com to discuss if these features are available to your ERP.
What Can I Expect?
The first time you login your saved passwords will not work. You will need to re-key in your username & passwords regardless if your company has enabled SSO or MFA. If you have forgotten please use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.
All users will be taken to a new login page when trying to login to SourceDay and required to enter their login email address and password. If no changes have been made to their company login requirements then the user will see their typical welcome page for the PO, IA, or RFQ page.
Single Sign On
If your company has enabled SSO then you will be redirected to your company's identity provider. Please complete the login as prompted then you will be redirected back into you SourceDay Dashboard. This will only happen the first time you login once this has been enabled and set up for your company.
Multi-Factor Authentication
If your company has enabled MFA then you will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number and sent a verification code via text message. Select Try Another Method to have the code emailed instead. Follow the instructions received and enter the code to be directed to the site. This code will expire so act quickly.
