The PDF export is no longer an option in the “Export” dropdown on the PO table, because it is not possible to fit all of the table columns into that layout. Users will still be able to export a CSV from the PO table, use the “Print PO” action from the action flyout, and export PDFs from the PO Details view.
If the user has applied filters that do not return results, the displayed message now includes an option to remove all filters.
External Vendors:
The “PO Reports” column on the External Vendors page was renamed to “Print PO”, since its behavior has always been related to granting permission to print PDFs.
A new “Suggested” option has been added to dropdown filter on the External Vendors page. This filter shows external vendors that have users who have already adopted and currently use SD with other buyer companies, and will help identify quick-win suppliers to get a new customer up and running more quickly.
All buyer users can now view the External Vendors page; only admins can make changes to those settings, in line with previous behavior.
Invoices now use the same bulk action workflow/pattern used on the PO and Shipments tables: users select all records from the table that they want to act on, then choose an action. They can then work on all selected records in a single modal instead of having to work a single record at a time, which makes all of those actions much quicker.
Invoice line actions are no longer available; the History link has its own column in the invoice lines, and Edit and Re-sync are handled at the invoice level.
Every action has a modal that displays which records are affected, and requires an explicit “Submit” button click from the user.
All invoice searches are substantially faster than in the legacy UI, and will continue to improve.
The “Pick Line” modal has been redesigned to make it easier to see which PO lines you are selecting, and compare values between the invoice line and PO lines available for matching.
An “Advanced Search” button opens a flyout to allow for more detailed filtering. All searches are saved per user, and stay applied across log-ins until the user changes them.
“Manage Columns” allows users to activate/deactivate and sort table columns (only on the invoice header level). These settings are saved per user, and stay applied across log-ins until the user changes them.
Users can resize columns (only on the invoice header level). These settings are saved per user, and stay applied across log-ins until the user changes them.
