What Are We Trying to Accomplish
Admins for Invoice Automation can control a few Advanced Settings that will impact Invoice-PO Matching, the look and feel of Reports, and a several more. These company wide settings will impact all Invoice Automation Users. This article will cover the configurations under Advanced Settings.
Where Can I Find Adjust Advanced Settings?
Admins can find Advanced Settings by clicking on their login name and selecting Company Settings.
Calculate Unit Cost When Not Included
If an Invoice does not include a unit cost, SourceDay will calculate one by dividing the Extended line amount by the quantity listed on the invoice.
Enable Pretty CSV Export
Toggle this on to ensure that reports generated within SourceDay maintain the columns.
Enable Non-PO Invoice Email Delivery
If set up to use Non-PO then this settings will allow you to create ONE email address to forward all your Non-PO Invoices instead of supplier specific emails for PO backed invoices.
Bypass Needs Review When Only 1 PO Line is Available
In the instance where SourceDay is unable to auto-connect an Invoice Line to a PO Line those invoices will land on Needs Review for an Accountant to review and manually connect. If only 1 PO line is available this setting will allow SourceDay to complete the auto-connect and skip the Needs Review Tab.
Update Invoice Date to Matched Date
Determine the exact date to use as the Invoice Date - the date listed (default) or toggle on to switch to the date the invoice matched to a PO line. Click here to learn more.
Enable Single Email for Invoices - Coming Soon
Enable Four-Way Matching - Select Companies Only
Create Multiple Vouchers When Invoice has Multiple Purchase Orders
Some of our clients prefer to have a unique voucher per each PO. Yet Vendors often submit an invoice with multiple PO Lines listed. This settings will enable SourceDay to create unique vouchers per PO within the ERP.
