Suppliers have greater flexibility when creating Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) via Imports. Using one import file suppliers will be able to group POs lines in to one ASN and split up one PO line in to multiple ASNs.
One ASN for multiple lines
SourceDay will group PO lines together under one ASN number if: the ship to address is the same and the shipping header details are the same. Suppliers can copy and past shipping header details for various PO Lines and SourceDay will automatically assign one ASN number.

Multiple ASN for one PO line
SourceDay will create one ASN per row on the import file. This also allows suppliers to create multiple ASNs for one PO Line by repeating the PO line details (PO number, line, & release) on the import file.

Remember when creating ASN using bulk imports you must always include: Ship Date, Box Qty, & Qty per Box.
