Buyers may set up notifications for suppliers for increased urgency, near due, and late POs. These POs need action to ensure expected delivery, update to new delivery dates, or mark as shipped.
You may receive notifications for POs with these status to indicate they need attention based on your email notification settings and/or notifications scheduled set by your buyer. This is an indication to log in to provide the required updated to your buyer.
Quickly filter to POs in these statuses in your dashboard by choosing the Late, Orders due soon (Radar), or Hot tabs.
Manage late lines
- select the Late tab in the PO dashboard
- propose new due date if needed
- select desired lines
- select propose
- provide new proposed due date in the proposed changes rectangle
- select the green Confirm button at the bottom right to complete your proposal and send it to your buyer
- Mark as shipped
- select desired lines
- select Mark as Shipped on the pop out action panel
- upload necessary documents or select Source Docs
- enter the expected shipping information
- select the Mark as Shipped button at the bottom right to complete this action and notify your buyer
Manage Orders due soon
- select the Orders Due Soon (Radar) tab in the PO dashboard
- review lines for any needed changes
- propose new due date if needed
- select desired lines
- select propose
- provide new proposed due date in the proposed changes rectangle
- select the green Confirm button at the bottom right to complete your proposal and send it to your buyer
Manage Hot orders
- select the Hot tab in the PO dashboard
- review buyer messages and review for any needed changes
- propose new due date if needed

The PO Dashboard is updating the make way for you to set up custom views of your POs by moving from a tab based organization to a left side navigation. Now you can determine which POs you need specific insight and create those views.

Create a Late view
1. From the All open, open the Advanced filter by click on the filter button.
2. Add the date that indicates when an order is late (this will likely be the date you are collaborating on with your buyer). For most this will be Due date, some use Promise date, and others use Ship date.
3. Adjust the time frame as needed. Optional: add any other filter criteria needed. And select View results to create the Late view.
