Why we're making these changes
Based on feedback from users, these changes are set to elevate your risk management capabilities and streamline your procurement processes. We're moving the tabs to a dynamic left side navigation and giving you the space to create unique custom PO views with our comprehensive filters. The action menu has been updated and moved to the top right to make way for your custom views.
What's changing
Quick actions: The action menu is moving to make way for the left navigation. To simplify routine tasks we're introducing new quick actions buttons of the three most common actions (Accept/Propose Change, Hot, and Message). The full action menu is right next to the quick actions under the ellipsis button.
Left side navigation: We’ve moved the tabs to the left and given you greater insight into the lifecycle of your POs and POs that need attention. You’ll still have some views you are used to, like Pending or Shipped, but now you'll have more insight available at a glance. With the left-side navigation you can gain better risk management and insights with views that align perfectly with your workflow.

Elevated risk management: SourceDay has always identified and surfaced on-time delivery risks, but now risks are more visible and easier to manage within your dashboard. With these change you can see exactly how to respond and effectively manage potential disruptions to on-time delivery without leaving the PO Dashboard.
SourceDay Intelligence: SourceDay Intelligence offers comprehensive insights that help illuminate blind spots, mitigate risks, and increase efficiencies across your procurement operations. Leveraging this intelligence will enable you to make more informed decisions. 👀 Learn more about risk management with SourceDay Intelligence here. |
Advanced filters: You can build robust filters of POs with multiple search criteria. This advanced filter incorporates the quick filter buttons into one comprehensive filter. Every filter is exportable and savable, allowing users to create and reuse specific filters.
Customizable PO views: Our new comprehensive filters allow you to create complex filters then save these filters as customized views of your POs. The left navigation gives you more space to create multiple unique views into your POs under My views.

Suggest Views: Not sure where to start building custom views? Tryout the suggested views to gain immediate insight in a group of POs. Simply follow along with the prompts to customize these suggested views. |
What's staying the same
While the look and feel of the dashboard is changing, PO collaboration still works the way you are used to:
- You can still take bulk actions across multiple POs
- Action windows (like Accept/Propose Changes) look and act the same way
- You will still be notified of proposed changes from suppliers and prompted to take action
- Suppliers can choose to collaborate via email workflow, the PO Dashboard or bulk imports
