Customized view of widgets buyer and viewer users can add for quick KPI data. Every user will have the capability to customize each individual widget and create multiple layouts and dashboards.
Access Dashboards
1) Click on the Performance Insights dropdown
2) Click on the Dashboards option
Add Widget
1) Click on the Add Widget button
2) Select a widget to add from the dropdown list
3) Review the added widget and the current widget settings such as date ranges, line counts, number of suppliers, and min/max spend
Edit Widget
1) Click the Edit link to access the widget settings and make adjustments
2) Click the View link to save and take you back to the widget view with your updated settings
3) Click and hold the 6 grey squares in the upper right-hand corner of the widget to drag and drop the widget into a new location in the layout
4) Click the Delete link to delete the widget
Save Layout
Click the Save Layout button to save the current configuration and settings of your widgets
Create New Dashboard
1) Click the name of the current dashboard to access the dropdown
2) Click the Create New link
3) Enter the name of the new dashboard you would like to create
4) Click the Create Insight button
Delete Dashboard/Layout
1) Click the Delete button to delete the current dashboard and layout
2) Click the OK button to confirm the deletion
