Scorecard is an optional feature that needs to be configured by the Admin on the account
Scorecard enables Sourceday to automatically score your supplier's performance in real-time based on 4 different metrics. Admin users have access to configure customized thresholds and make adjustments to the scorecard settings. Buyer and Viewer users will have view-only access to each supplier’s scorecard.
To View A Supplier's Scorecard
1) Click on the letter score next to the supplier’s name under the Vendor column
- By default, this score represents the overall score for the last 90 days
2) View the Overall Score at the top
- This is the overall score based on the weight of each individual metric
3) Review each metric for their individual score
- On-Time (this is based on the receipt date for a due date supplier or the marked ship date for an adjusted due date supplier)
- Responsiveness
- Price Variance
- Quality (only visible if you utilize SourceDay's Quality module)
4) Set The Date Range
- By default, the date range is set for the last 90 days
5) Review the Recently Received POs for this supplier
- If this supplier utilizes ship dates you will see Recently Shipped POs instead
