What Are We Trying to Accomplish?
Now more than ever you need to be able to quickly and easily understand your supplier relationships. Our dashboard allows you to:
- Add and manage the suppliers you would like to request quotes from
- Create categories in order to better organize your supplier companies and contacts
- Track Pending Invites, Submissions, and Wins for each of your supplier companies
NOTE: These suppliers do not have to be active suppliers in your SourceDay PO Management platform to be added to SourceDay RFQ.
Access Suppliers
Click on the Suppliers module link in order to see the supplier tab dashboard
Manage Suppliers
Click the blue links to view your suppliers by Categories, Companies or Contacts
Click any number in blue to see additional details about categories, companies or contacts
Click the company name to see what categories and contacts are currently linked to that company
Click the lightning bolt next to contacts, companies, and categories to Edit or Delete
