Supplier risks
With SourceDay's PO delivery you can stay in the know if your POs were sent to suppliers or if any potential issues exist. These risks are easily identifiable at the PO line level on the PO Dashboard and in the Supplier Hub. Risks include:
New email detected - When a SourceDay supplier has a new email associated with it in the ERP, SourceDay flags this as a risk and suggests you to add the new email.
Email issue - When SourceDay cannot deliver an email to a supplier because of a bounce (likely due to a bad email address), SourceDay flags this as a risk and suggests you to update the emails associated with the supplier
Uninvited supplier - When POs are issues to suppliers not currently using SourceDay, SourceDay flags this as a risk and suggests you invite this supplier to use SourceDay.
Supplier scorecards
Improvements to the supplier scorecard make it easy for you to understand how suppliers are on-time delivery expectations, responding to PO lines and changes in SourceDay, and impacting your bottom line with price variance.
