What Are We Trying to Accomplish?
Suppliers are the backbone of your manufacturing business. Supplier companies need to be entered into RFQ in order to send a request for quote for bidding. In order to enter your supplier companies, you will only need:
- Their company name
- The category you would like to add them to (if applicable - you can add as many as you like)
- The supplier's ID in your ERP
- The primary contact for the supplier
- The primary contact's email address
You can add additional contacts after you create the supplier company.

Where Can I See It?
All of your company information is available from the suppliers tab.
1) Click on the "Suppliers" tab
2) Then click on "Companies" in the left nav
3) You will be able to see information about the suppliers like number of:
- Categories
- Contacts
- Pending Invites
- Submissions
- Wins
4) Clicking on the blue numbers will take you to a listing of the items with those attributes
How Do I Do It?
Create A New Company
1) Click the + New Company button or the + sign next to Companies
2) Enter the name of the supplier company
3) Select all of the categories that apply to the company
4) Enter the name of the main contact
5) Enter the email of the main contact
6) Click the Create Supplier button
Edit An Existing Company
1) Click the blue lightning bolt next to the company name
2) Select Edit
3) Update the company name, categories, or supplier ERP ID
4) Click the Update Company button to save your changes
Delete An Existing Company
1) Click the blue lightning bolt next to the company name
2) Select Delete
3) Click the OK button to confirm the deletion
This will delete the company and any contacts associated with that company.
