We are making improvements and one coming soon is renaming the "tab based notifications" to more clearly define what these settings are and what they actually do. We think "Schedule Supplier Reminder Emails" is much clearer!
What Are We Trying to Accomplish?
Buyers have the ability to disable reminder notifications with the Toggle Tab Notification Emails action. This action will turn off the reminder notifications for the selected lines based on the Tab Based Recurring Notifications settings you have set under the Email Notifications section of your Account Settings.
These lines will still receive the initial action notification for New Orders, Updates and Late and notifications triggered by using the Notify Vendors and Toggle Hot actions.
How Do I Do It?
This action is completed from the PO view. You will need to navigate to the purchase orders section and then click on a PO from the list to see the PO view. This view will show you all lines for a PO.
1) Select the lines you want to disable reminder notifications on by clicking the checkbox on each line
2) Click on the Actions dropdown
3) Click Toggle Tab Notification Emails
4) Each selected line will be marked with the black envelope icon with a red slash in the corner under the Flags column

Repeat the same steps on a previous order that was selected to enable the reminder notifications
