What Are We Trying to Accomplish?
"Update" allows you to take a previously created RFQ and create an exact copy of that request with the same information and then allow you to extend the expiration date and send out new invites. All contacts, items, documentation, and FAQ will be carried over to the new RFQ. Once you create the new request you will be able to add and remove any contacts, items, or documentation as needed.
Where Can I See It?
You can access this by clicking on the title of the request from the request dashboard, once there you will click on "Bid Settings" and then choose "Update"
How Do I Do It?
1) Click on the Bid Settings dropdown
2) Select Update
3) Enter your New Deadline
4) Click the Create New Version button
