If you are stuck we can help the most when we know the following:
- The user experiencing the issue
- If you are a supplier, please include the buyer company as well
- Steps that were taken to get you stuck
- The PO or POs that you experienced the issue with
- Any screenshots from your ERP and SourceDay that you think might be helpful to understand the issue
- A HAR file (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, Edge)
If you just need to understand how to do something:
- Your Company and your user email (if different from the one requesting the help)
- What you are trying to accomplish
