I want to receive email notifications any time a buyer sends over a new PO for me to review. How do I set this up? Right now I am only receiving hourly updates.
Answer
New PO notifications will only be sent when a supplier's email settings are set to live. If they are set to hourly, any new POs sent will be included in the hourly update.
To update this setting:
- Click on the drop down arrow next to your name on the top right of the screen
- Choose "Account Settings"
- Then on the left side of the page, click the link for "Email Settings"
- Make sure frequency is set to "live"
- Click "submit" to save your settings.
