I am trying to update my purchase order as shipped, but I am not seeing ship date as a value I can enter. How can I add ship date?
This could also apply if you were used to entering other items like tracking number, shipment id, order id, or any value that is important to you and your buyer that is now missing from the interface.
Answer
There was a system-wide shipping update that was released mid-December 2021. At that point buyers were defaulted to a system-wide shipping template. We can add these other fields back, but will also need permission from your buyer to make the change.
To correct this please enter a ticket online or send an email to support@sourceday.com and include:
- Your buyer contact on the email requesting the value that is missing be added back in
- A PO that you are trying to ship where the value is not available.
We will work with you and your buyer to re-enable these settings.
