I have always shipped my PO items using Advanced Shipping but that option is missing? How do I ship my items?
Answer
As part of the shipping updates made in Dec 2021, the option for "Advanced Shipping" were removed from the view that shows all POs and moved out to the main Purchase Orders Screen
- Click Purchase Orders at the top of the screen
- Then complete a search using the search input box in order to just see the PO lines that you are interested in (the shipping action can be completed from any tab section except Pending, Shipped, or Completed)
- Click on the boxes next to the PO lines that you want to ship
- A menu will show up to the left of the boxes - choose "Shipped" from that menu
- A pop up will appear where you can enter all of the same information that you used to add using "advanced shipping"
- Fill in the information as you normally would, click on "Mark as Shipped"
