You can customize the columns on your PO Dashboard to focus on the purchase order details that matter most to your workflow.
By adjusting the columns, you can quickly review key PO information and compare the current order values with the changes you or the buyer have proposed.
You can:
Show or hide columns
Rearrange the column order
Sort your dashboard by any column
Manage dashboard columns
Click Manage Columns near the top of the PO Dashboard.
Use the toggles to control which columns are displayed.
Blue = Visible
Grey = Hidden
Drag and drop column names to rearrange the order. Or you can reset to default columns to update your PO Dashboard to the recommended column setting order for your role.
When you are done, click Apply to save your changes to all your default views or just the view you are currently reviewing.

Understanding PO Dashboard columns
The columns on the dashboard display different types of PO information. These help you identify orders, review collaboration details, and respond to changes.
PO identifying information
These columns help you identify the order and item.
Common columns include:
PO number
PO line
Item (P/N)
Vendor (P/N)
Description
Order status
Custom item attributes (size, color, etc.)
Current PO values
These columns show the values currently listed on the purchase order from the buyer’s ERP system.
Examples include:
Current Quantity
Due Date (or Ship Date)
Current Cost
Unit of Measure (UM)
These are the values you are reviewing and responding to.
Proposed values
These columns show the most recent changes proposed by either the supplier or the buyer.
Supplier proposed values
Supplier Date
Supplier Quantity
Supplier Cost
These reflect the most recent changes you proposed in SourceDay.
Buyer proposed values
Buyer Date
Buyer Quantity
Buyer Cost
These show changes the buyer has requested for the PO line.
Collaboration and activity details
These columns help track communication and activity on a PO line and can only be rearranged not disabled.
Common examples include:
History – Complete audit history for the PO line
Tags – Important indicators such as Hot or Subscribed
Risks – Identifies potential risks to on-time delivery
Notes – Notes from the buyer or ERP
Messages – Communication between buyers and suppliers
Sorting the PO Dashboard
You can sort the dashboard by clicking the up or down arrows in a column header.
For example, many users sort by:
Due Date
Supplier Date
Order Status
