One of our team's buyers is out of the office but didn't turn on their email forward, how do I forward their emails from SourceDay to another licensed buyer in SourceDay?
The Admin for each Buyer Company will be able to turn on Email Forwarding for their users. This can be done from their Account Settings under Manage Buyer Settings.
1) From the table of Buyer's Admins will use the feature Switch Account from the dropdown list of Actions.
2) Now the Admin will be "logged in" as the Buyer. From there they will update the Email Settings under this buyer's Account Settings. Click on the buyer name dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner, click Account Settings, then select Email Notifications option on the left side of the screen.
3) Click the toggle to Enable Email Forwarding
4) Click the dropdown next to First Forwarding Email to select another SourceDay user to forward your notification emails to; you may add more than one SourceDay user using by filling the Second Forwarding Email and the + Add item box on the Add Email Forwards line to type in any emails for contacts outside of SourceDay
