If a buyer associated to the PO is de-activated, we will send the associated emails for Updates and Shipments to the Buyer Admin of the company. This is to make sure that all communication over a PO is always sent to someone within the company for full visibility.
If you are getting emails for Purchase Orders that are assigned to a different person in your company, please check if that buyer is de-activated.
If they are still active but de-activated by mistake, the Buyer Admin can re-activate them from the Manage Buyers section under account settings. Click here for instructions.
If they are not with your company anymore, to stop receiving emails for these POs, please change the assigned buyer in the ERP for these POs to an active buyer.

Enhanced AP Workflow
Adjust the logic to determine the actual quantity that is available for invoicing, so that AP clerks can voucher invoices where the received quantity is greater than the ordered quantity.
The Supplier Dashboard has been updated so that a unique record is displayed for each Billing Contact defined for the Supplier.
Enable Invoice Header and Line Edit on Matched and Awaiting Receipt tabs.
When an Invoice Line or Invoice Summary charge is edited, the Net Total and Gross Total Amounts are now updated to reflect the newly entered values.
Allow the Invoice to go to Needs Review when PO is not found, so that an AP clerk can associate the correct PO Line Release to the Invoice Line.
Non-PO Invoices
Users are now able to download Non-PO Invoices from the Pending Processing - Bulk Download
Integration has been added to support Infor Syteline for Non-PO Invoices. Non-PO Invoices can now be submitted to Visual, Netsuite and Syteline.
