Messages: To review the new training content click here.
- The Notify Vendor and Notify Buyer action have been replaced with a new action called Messages.
- Buyers and suppliers can communicate through the Messages action. This can be done on PO lines in all statuses, and does not move the line to the Updates tab.
- All PO lines with unread messages will show in the new Messages tab on the PO Dashboard.
- Messages on each PO line are now easily viewed as a conversation, with the sender's name and timestamp on each message.
- Messages can be viewed and sent while taking other actions.
- All selected PO lines are displayed in a navigation bar, and clicking on an item in the list changes the message thread available in the modal.
- In addition to sending a message, users also have the following options:
- Mark the message thread as read without sending a message.
- Send an e-mail with their new message.
- Send the message to all selected PO lines. If sending the message as an e-mail, that e-mail will also be sent for all selected PO lines.
- The Notify Vendor and Notify Buyer action have been replaced with a new action called Messages.
-
Buyer Accept/Propose Changes: To review the new training content click here.
- The Accept/Reject Changes action has been replaced by Accept/Propose Changes. All of the same line and bulk actions are available, and the new layout allows buyers to quickly see PO details and fields to enter data.
- Buyers can now make proposals from the same modal, either line-by-line or in bulk, similar to the Propose Changes action.
- A navigation bar has been added. All selected PO lines are displayed in this list, and clicking on an item in the list navigates the user to that line. Scrolling in the modal will also automatically update the selected item in the navigation bar.
- Buyers with overwrite date checkboxes can now choose that option on specific PO lines, in addition to the bulk option.
-
Supplier Tasks: To review the new training content click here.
- This page has been migrated to a new UI, and all actions available for records on the PO table are now available for those records on the Tasks page. Each action on a Task also has the same layout, fields, and configurations as the corresponding action on the PO table.
- The tab names have been updated to match tabs on the PO table (Pending, Updates, Late, Messages, Radar, Hot). Each of these tabs has the same search results for both the Tasks and PO table views.
- The Companies filter now matches the filter from the PO table. It allows for selecting multiple buyer companies, and filters selected on the Tasks view carry over when navigating to the PO table and vice-versa.
-
Ready to Ship: To review the new training content click here.
- Suppliers who do not have the responsibility to fully ship POs to the buyer’s location can now mark Shipments as “Ready to Ship”. Suppliers are required to provide only box quantity and quantity per box.
- Buyers can select these “Ready to Ship” shipments from the Shipments Page and move them to “shipped” status by providing additional shipping information.
- Buyers can select which suppliers match the “ready to ship” workflow from the Active Vendors in Account Settings.

- The expand/collapse button in the PO summary section displayed in modals now displays the PO line's status.
AP:
-
Enhanced AP Workflow
- An additional rule has been added to the Autovouchering Rules section with Account Settings. The AP clerk can now disable Auto-Voucher if there are any additional charges added to an invoice, that are not defined on the associated Purchase Order(s).
- Invoice Line History has been updated to only display a single Mismatch event, whenever the invoice unit cost does not match the purchase order unit cost. Previously, a new Mismatch event was created each time we tried to sync the latest Purchase Order information from the customer's ERP.
- The Send button on the Notify Buyer modal is now disabled after clicking a single-time. This feature was added to prevent the user from sending multiple emails by double-clicking this command button.
- The AP clerk can now adjust the purchase order line associated with any invoice line in the Pick Line modal, when there is a condition that sends the invoice to Needs Review.
- Suppliers can now send their invoices to unique email address regardless of the character case in the "To" section of the email. Previously, the email address was required to be lower case.
