I am a supplier and I need to learn how to use PO Collaboration from SourceDay - what can I do to learn how to do what I need to do to move onto my other work?
We've made a lot of changes to how we bring you on board to our product whether you just need a refresher or you're brand new. While we want you to love SourceDay, we also understand that new can be hard to adjust to, and for most of you this is only part of your normal day to day. If you want to know all the things or you are a super user, admin or owner, you should likely go through all of this, however, we have designed it to fit into your schedule so you can learn in smaller bite sized pieces vs trying to eat the elephant.
We have focused on providing you with different styles of training (visual, videos, you get to push the buttons...) in order to make this as painless as possible while still getting you what you need so that not knowing how to do something doesn't cost you more time in the long run. Enough with the build up:
Here is how we have seem most people have success, using this order:
- Complete the self guided walk through, this won't take a ton of time and will quickly allow you to see all the features in action, we update it with each major release so you'll always have access to the new stuff
- Watch the On Demand Supplier Webinar - It's longer than the Navattic, but with give you additional insight into how suppliers like you are using the portal with a few extra tips and tricks from Lisa who you saw in the May Release webinar
- Take the Getting Started Guide as you need it. It is broken up so that that actions you need to complete are pretty self contained. We keep these up to date with every new release so you will always be able to find the latest and greatest.
Last but not least - If you still have questions, ask support. We really are here to help. Be sure to being your examples and we can help you to understand what is happening and why using your own instance as a guide.
