Where do we upload pack lists or shipping information to the order?
There are several ways to do this, but I'm going to focus on the one that seems to work best for most suppliers. First off - what are the options:
- Load these into SourceDocs and associate the document with the PO line - Show me How
- Load them when you are adding your shipments information - Show me How
All suppliers should see the option when they choose to ship a line that allows them to enter specific about the shipping order (like tracking number, carrier, ship date) as well as Documents associated with the shipment (pack lists, user instructions). - Line 3 - Header options for shipping
- Line 5 - PO line options for shipping
- Line 4 - Attaching documents to the ASN
