I am trying to save records in SourceDay but I cannot see the action buttons like submit, confirm, or mark as shipped.
Answer
There are a couple of items that could lead to the elements not appearing on the page as expected:
- There was an issue that was corrected in May 2022 where users had to scroll left and right in order to see the action buttons in order to save record
- This should no longer be happening
- This can happen if the browser is set at greater than 100%
- You can set the browser zoom to 100% or less
- This can happen if the user is trying to use an unsupported version of Microsoft Explorer instead of Edge
- Chrome is our preferred browser, however, Edge is supported and will work normally
