I would like to add additional context to my inspection or SCR, how can I do this?
Answer
Both the buyers and suppliers can add attachments. Buyers can add to inspections and SCRs, while suppliers can only add to SCRs.
1) Click the Upload option
2) Click the empty box or drop and drop files into the box to select your files
3) Click the Upload Files button
Once you have uploaded your attachment(s) these will carry over to the SCR if one is created until the attachment(s) are deleted.
- Click the lightning bolt dropdown next to the attachment to Delete
- Click on the file name to download the file
Quality Notice
The Quality product is no longer being actively developed or supported by SourceDay. However, existing customers are able to request the ability to use Quality, until it is sunset, at no cost. At this point there is no planned date for end of life for this product. We will not make any modifications to the software and support may be limited to core functionality.
