The supplier has sent an SCR to you and you need to understand details about what PO had the issues and generally what went wrong so that it can either be corrected or disputed. Once an SCR in "Updated" has been viewed, it will move to pending. (this is not user specific)
You can only take two actions from this section:
- View the SCR
- Comment on the SCR
You will see all of the details of the SCR including the specific PO details and what inspection steps failed.
You can quickly comment on the SCR to ask any additional questions needed in order to move forward.
Your comment will appear towards the bottom of the page in the comments section
The Quality product is no longer being actively developed or supported by SourceDay. However, existing customers are able to request the ability to use Quality, until it is sunset, at no cost. At this point there is no planned date for end of life for this product. We will not make any modifications to the software and support may be limited to core functionality.
