The Mission
The complete function is only available to the buyer, and will mark the SCR as complete (no matter where in the overall process the SCR is). There is not a confirmation screen or an undo, so if you are wanting to mark an order as complete make sure that you really mean it. This will close the SCR for both the buyer and supplier in whichever state it is in.
This action can be completed from the "updated", "pending", and "open" tabs in the buyer Quality dashboard.
Note: If you have a completed item that is showing on your "updated" tab, it is because it is letting you know that it is complete. Your only available action will be to view. Once you view it will only show in the completed tab.
Quality Notice
The Quality product is no longer being actively developed or supported by SourceDay. However, existing customers are able to request the ability to use Quality, until it is sunset, at no cost. At this point there is no planned date for end of life for this product. We will not make any modifications to the software and support may be limited to core functionality.
