The shipments dashboard allows you to view and manage all shipment activity in one place. Once you submit shipment details, they are stored here and visible to your buyer.

How to access the shipments dashboard
To open the shipments dashboard:
- Click shipments in the top navigation bar
What you can do in the shipments dashboard
From the shipments dashboard, you can:
- View shipment details at the header and line level
- Track the status of shipments after submission
- Edit or update shipment details, if allowed
- Print packing slips and shipping labels
The actions available to you may vary depending on your buyer’s configuration.
Shipment statuses
You can filter shipments by status to understand their progress:
- Ready to ship: you have indicated items are prepared; the buyer may complete shipment details
- Shipped: shipment details have been submitted
- Completed: shipment has been fully processed in the buyer’s system
- Unshipped: shipment was previously created and then removed
- All: displays both active and inactive shipments
Note: tracking information is only visible if supported carriers are used.
Sort shipments
You can sort any column in the shipments dashboard:
- Click the column header to sort in ascending or descending order
- Use manage columns to adjust which columns are displayed and their order
Use advanced search
Advanced search allows you to create more detailed queries using multiple shipment fields.
To use advanced search:
- Click advanced search next to the export button
- Select one or more fields from the add column dropdown
- Apply your search criteria
You can include both standard SourceDay fields and any custom fields from your integration.
Saved search behavior
Your advanced search selections are saved automatically. When you return to SourceDay, your previous search results will still be applied.
To reset your view, clear your search criteria from the advanced search panel.
How to tell if a search is applied
A red indicator shows how many fields are currently included in your search.

The shipments dashboard reflects all shipment activity after you submit shipment details.
Depending on your buyer’s configuration:
- You may submit full shipment details using ship
- You may indicate items are ready using ready to ship
- Your buyer may review or complete shipment details after submission
Understanding your workflow helps you know what actions are expected and what happens next.
Print packing slips and shipping labels
Once lines are marked Shipped, both buyers and suppliers can print documents directly from the dashboard:
- Locate the shipment line.
- Click Print → choose Packing slip or Shipping label.
- Print or download the file from the pop-up window.
