To create a new RFQ quickly you need to set up your RFQ with the following:
1. At least one template file (there are a few samples provided)

2. At least one supplier contact (you can set yourself up as a test using an email address that is different from the one you use to sign in as a buyer for RFQ).

Create new request
1) Click on the + New Request button on the main Requests dashboard
2) Enter the following details to create your request: (these can all be edited later)
Title - provide a short but descriptive title that is easy to identify and search
Description - help your suppliers understand your requirements for this request
Deadline - set the deadline date and time the RFQ will close to supplier submissions
3) Assign to a project folder (if applicable)
4) Click the Create Request button
Once you create your request you will be directed to a Draft version of your request. Here you will add supplier contacts, items, documents and questions before publishing the RFQ. At least one item and one contact are required in order to publish a request.
