The Requests dashboard is your default landing page. From here you can:
- Access requests and click through to see request details
- Track the progress and any updates for your current requests and bids
Understanding the Columns
- Title -The title is determined by the buyer when the request is created
- Status - The current status of the request
- Deadline - What date and time will the bid window close
- Time Left - How much time is remaining until all bids need to be sent to the buyer
- Items - The number of items included on the request
- Documents - The number of documents uploaded to the request
RFQ Status
- Invited - A new request from your buyer that you will need to Apply to Request (bid) or Decline (don't bid)
- Draft -Bid is currently in draft mode and has not yet been submitted, this usually means you are working on it
- Submitted - The bid has been submitted to your buyer
- Awarded - The bid was accepted and the request was awarded to you
- Closed - The original request has been closed and a new updated request has been added
- Retracted - The request has been retracted and is no longer active, a bid will not appear for a buyer until the bid is re-submitted
- Expired - The request has reached the deadline and has expired, you are no longer able to submit a bid
Filtering
There are filters on the left hand side of the page that will allow you to limit what you are seeing, you can only filter by status. Simply check the box next to the status name to see all requests with that status. If there are not requests within a particular status, the status will not be shown in this area.
