How to access item details
You can open the item details from within Items hub in two ways:
|
Lead time trends
The first section of the page shows lead time performance for the selected item and supplier.
Here’s what you’ll see:
Lead time from each PO placed during the selected time range
The average lead time from all POs in the time range
The average actual lead time, based on when the PO was marked “pending” to when it was received
Use the drop-down menu to adjust the time frame. Shorter ranges show recent behavior, while longer ranges can surface trends or inconsistencies.
Pricing trends
The second section provides a visual overview of item-level pricing trends.
This chart highlights:
Starting vs. final PO prices over time
Year-over-year price increases
Average price variance across POs
TIP: Select the 3-year view to uncover richer patterns and long-term cost shifts.
Purchase order history
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a list of all completed PO lines for this item over the last 12 months, exportable as a csv/excel file.
Each row gives you:
PO number
Order and receipt dates
Final pricing
Lead time details
This historical list makes it easy to verify past performance or reference specific transactions when following up with suppliers.
