The SourceDay dashboard lets you review, update, and respond to all of your purchase orders (POs in one place.
Use the dashboard when you need visibility across multiple orders or want to take action on several POs at once.
Login to SourceDay
You can access SourceDay in three ways:
Click the “Review and Acknowledge” link in any PO notification email
Click the green Review button at the bottom of a Reminder Digest email
Go directly to login.sourceday.com
Password requirements:
To keep your account secure, SourceDay passwords must include:
- At least 12 characters
- At least 3 of the following:
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Upper case letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (!@#$%^)
Where to start
When you log in, focus on the views that require action:
- Pending (new orders) → new POs that need your confirmation
- Buyer proposed changes → updates from your customer that need a response
These views show the POs that need your attention first.
When your buyer sends you a new Purchase Order (PO) or updates an existing one, you’ll receive a SourceDay email notification. These emails alert you when action is needed and include a link that lets you manage the PO directly from your inbox or log into the SourceDay dashboard for more advanced features.
What you can do in the dashboard
From the PO dashboard, you can:
- Acknowledge (accept) new orders
- Propose changes (dates, quantities, cost)
- Respond to buyer updates
- Take action on multiple POs at once
- Print the latest PO PDF
How to take action on POs
You can review and take action on POs from multiple views in the dashboard. The two most common:
Buyer Proposed Changes – when your buyer has made updates to a PO
Pending (New Orders) – for new POs that need your confirmation
Steps to Accept or Propose Changes
Go to either the Buyer Proposed Changes or Pending view
Select one or more PO lines by clicking the checkboxes.
You can work across multiple POs
Click Accept/Propose in the top-right corner.
In the multi-PO action window, for each selected line:
Accept/Confirm – if no changes are needed
Propose – to update the cost, quantity, or delivery date
Reject – to decline changes without proposing alternatives
Cancel – to request line cancellation
Skip for Now – to leave the line untouched
Once finished, click the green Confirm button in the bottom-right corner.
Your updates will be sent back to your buyer immediately.

Print a PO PDF
To download the latest version of the a PO
Select one, some, or all PO lines by checking the boxes next to each.
Click the ellipsis icon ( ... ) in the top-right corner.
Select Print PO PDF.
A popup will appear asking you to choose your format.
Select Print. The report will generate in the background so you can continue working.
To access the completed report:
Click Reports from the main dashboard menu
Scroll to the Generated Reports section
Download your PO PDF
