Required columns
Some columns are always visible and cannot be removed. These provide critical information for managing PO lines.
- Risks – Indicates whether a line may be at risk of arriving on time based on the agreed delivery terms.
Tags – Highlights important flags such as Hot for urgent orders or Subscribed for orders you are actively monitoring.
History – Displays the full audit history for the line, including automated reminders, proposed or accepted changes, and status updates.
Notes – Shows PO header and line notes from the ERP, along with notes added by buyers. Buyer notes may or may not be visible to suppliers.
Messages – Displays communication sent at the line level between buyers and suppliers.
These columns can be rearranged but not disabled.
How to use columns effectively
Your column setup should reflect how you manage POs. For example:
- Place current values (quantity, date, cost) next to proposed values to compare changes quickly
- Keep risk and status columns visible to prioritize work
- Move frequently used fields to the left for faster scanning
Customizing your layout helps you identify issues, respond to supplier changes, and track order progress more efficiently.
Reset to default columns
If needed, you can reset your dashboard to the recommended column layout for your role. This can be helpful if your view becomes difficult to navigate or if your process changes.
