Search has been enhanced to provide more consistent and complete results across all PO types and views.
- Search now defaults to “All orders”
When you run a search, results include all matching POs—whether their lines are open, closed, or a mix of both. This ensures you see complete results without needing to switch views. - Consistent results across views
Previously, POs with a mix of open and closed lines could appear inconsistently depending on the view. Search now returns the same results regardless of where you initiate the search. - Dedicated search results page
Matching POs are displayed in a single, centralized results page so you no longer need to check multiple views.
Search allows you to quickly locate the specific POs you need across your dashboard.
Search for POs
To start, click on the search box at the top left of the screen, or use the shortcut keys:
Control + K (or Command + K on Mac).
This feature lets you search through your POs based on your specific criteria—even if you only have limited information.
The search box will appear, without any filters that are currently applied.
Next, enter your search criteria in the search box and press Enter (or Return) to see the results.
A list of open POs that match your criteria will be displayed.
You can further narrow your results by applying filters to the search results page.
Navigate back to the PO Dashboard by clicking on the back arrow in the top left corner or the PO Dashboard in the top navigation bar.
Use Lifecycle filters to refine results
After searching, you can narrow your results using the Lifecycle filter, which replaces the previous Open/Closed toggles.
- Open — POs where all associated orders are still in progress (e.g., Pending, Late, Shipped)
- Closed — POs where all associated orders are complete (e.g., Completed, Filled, Fully Canceled)
- All orders — POs that include a mix of open and closed orders
Note: The previous “Is Closed” filter has been replaced by the Closed option within the Lifecycle dropdown.
Smarter empty states
If no results match your selected Lifecycle filter, a message will appear with a quick link to switch to All orders and automatically refresh your results.
Save your search
For POs you need to check regularly, you can save your search results as a new view:
- Click Save as New View in the top right of the results page
- Your saved view will appear under My Views for easy access
