How do I access my data?
You’ll receive credentials and a Snowflake URL. From there, you can:

How secure is it?
DaaS enforces strict row-level access controls and role-based permissions. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SourceDay automatically rotates access keys every six months for maximum protection.
Can multiple users access our data?
Yes. Teams can be provisioned with secure, role-based access; ensuring each user sees only the data relevant to their role.
How often is data updated?
Data refresh frequency depends on your SourceDay integration. Most customers receive updates daily or near real-time as PO activity occurs.
Can I customize metrics and reports?
Absolutely. DaaS gives you both the pre-calculated metrics and the raw data behind them, so you can define KPIs your way.
Do I need to maintain Snowflake myself?
