- Invite multiple suppliers to bid
- Keep documents, questions, and responses connected to the RFQ
- Compare supplier bids side by side
- Award an entire bid or select items from different suppliers
- Track each request from draft through award
Get ready to create an RFQ
Before creating your first RFQ, make sure you have:
- An RFQ item template
- At least one supplier company and contact
- The item details and requirements suppliers will need
- A deadline for supplier responses
Your item template defines the information included in the RFQ and the fields suppliers must complete when submitting their bids.
