Once your buyer invites you to use SourceDay, you can take action on purchase orders (POs) directly from your email. However, creating a login gives you access to the full SourceDay dashboard, a central workspace for tracking, managing, and collaborating on all your orders.

With a SourceDay login, you can:

Search and filter PO lines to find what you need faster

Update your account preferences, including how and when you receive email notifications
Once logged in, you can manage your workflow more efficiently without relying solely on email links.
How to create your login
You can start your login setup from any of these places:

Click the sign-up link in your SourceDay email or from the PO details page

Enter the same email address where you received your order or reminder
What happens next
SourceDay will check if your email is already registered and guide you based on the result:
If your email is found and no account exists:

You’ll receive a verification email

Click the link to verify your email
-
You’ll be prompted to create a password
-
After setting your password, you’ll be automatically logged in
If your email is found and you already have an account:

You’ll receive a login link
-
You can log in directly or reset your password if needed
If your email isn’t found:

You’ll be directed to a page to enter your name and email address

This creates a support request so the SourceDay team can help connect you with your buyer

You’ll be contacted once your account is ready
