As a new SourceDay supplier, you can print or download a Purchase Order (PO) directly from the email notification, without logging in to the full platform. This guide walks you through the steps to print the PO as a PDF or download it as a CSV file.
Step-by-step: Print PO PDF
1. Open the PO from your email

Open the SourceDay notification email.

Click the button that says “Review and Accept.”

This will open the PO window.
Step 2: Print the PO PDF
In the PO modal window:
A. Click Print PDF

You’ll find this button at the top-left corner of the PO window.
B. What will be printed?

The PDF will include only the PO lines that are currently selected in the Required Actions dropdown.
C. View and print the PDF

A new browser window will open with the PO in PDF format.

Use your browser’s print options tbe file.
To print all PO lines
If you want to print every line item in the PO:

Open the Required Actions dropdown.

Select “Review All Lines.”

Click Print PDF again.

The full PO will appear in a new window, ready to print.
Optional Step 3: Download the PO as a CSV File
If you prefer to work with the PO data in a spreadsheet:

Click the “Export CSV” button at the top of the PO modal.

A .CSV file will download to your device containing the PO details.

You do not need to log in to SourceDay to print or export the PO from the email link.

Use the Required Actions dropdown to control which lines appear in your PDF.
