How to stay ahead of Late, Due Soon, and Other At-Risk Orders
SourceDay helps you proactively manage your supply chain by identifying at-risk purchase orders (POs). These are orders that may require urgent attention to avoid missed delivery dates or communication breakdowns.
This guide explains how to view, understand, and take action on PO risks directly in your SourceDay dashboard.
What are at-risk POs?
SourceDay flags orders as “at risk” when something might prevent timely fulfillment or clear communication. This includes:
-
Late Orders: The due date has passed and the order hasn’t been marked as shipped
-
Due Soon Orders: The due date is approaching and may require confirmation
-
Other Risk Types: Such as rejected proposals, cancellation requests, or delivery issues with email notifications
