Suppliers can now add additional details, such as a Sales order number or ID, directly into SourceDay. This enhancement makes it easier to look up, filter, and reference purchase orders within the platform. These extra details will appear on the PO Dashboard and are designed to help suppliers uniquely identify and quickly locate orders without having to reference external systems.
Key benefits
- Faster lookups: Suppliers can search or filter by Supplier order ID directly within SourceDay.
- Shared visibility: Both buyers and suppliers can view and edit this field.
- Flexible entry methods: Additional details can be added manually, via Bulk Import, or through the API.
