Exciting updates coming to SourceDay supplier performance
Supplier Network Dashboards gives your team one place to understand how your network of suppliers are performing over time and against one another. These dashboards allow you to:
- Evaluate the performance of your entire SourceDay supplier base against core supplier reliability metrics that matter to you.
- Quickly identify which suppliers need attention and opportunities for improvement.
- Increase strategic, data-driven decision making for supplier management – including performance based awards and incentives.
Where do I find the Supplier Network Dashboard?
Navigate to the new Supplier Hub from the top level and select Dashboard.
You can filter the dashboard using the default views in the left side panel. Here you can focus on specific subsets of suppliers.
Search

You can utilize the search bar to review a specific supplier's settings or scorecard. Use key commands Once a search is performed, you will get a results page with all relevant matches. |
Export
|
There are two types of files available to export: a csv/excel & pdf. Each export will run in the background and be available for you to download from the Reports page under Reporting. The pdf export will generate a pdf of the dashboard as it appears on your screen.

Understanding the dashboards
Each dashboard (based on the selected group of suppliers on the left side) contains similar content areas.
1. Summary of performance metrics (on-time delivery, responsiveness, & price variance)
2. Who are my highest ranked suppliers?
3. Who are my lowest ranked suppliers?
4. How are my top volume suppliers trending?
5. How late are late orders?
6. How often do suppliers change the due date?
Summary of performance metrics
Who are my highest/lowest ranked suppliers?
The top and bottom three suppliers are listed for On-time delivery, Responsiveness, and Price variance. For more details on a particular supplier you can supplier name to view their individual scorecard. To review your full list of suppliers and their performance export the CSV at the top of the page.
How are my top volume suppliers trending?
The overall score for the top five suppliers by volume are shown over time (colored lines) in comparison to the SourceDay peer benchmark (grey line). SourceDay recommends that you focus on the suppliers below your benchmark or any sharp drops in performance to identify potential issues.
The SourceDay peer benchmark provides performance data for suppliers that serve similar companies and procurement organizations.
