The Shipments Dashboard enables Buyers and Suppliers to view and track all shipped orders in one place. All Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) will be stored on the Shipments Dashboard once the orders are marked as shipped.

How do I find the Shipments Dashboard?
Click on the Shipments module at the top of your platform screen
Sort the Shipments Dashboard
In the Shipments Dashboard, you can review all details provided for each shipment line. Each column can be used to sort the dashboard in ascending or descending order using the up/down arrows next to the column name. Use Manage Columns to adjust the order and columns displayed.
FIlter the Shipments Dashboard
You can filter the Dashboard by shipment status
- Shipped - Shipments that have an open PO & an open shipment
- Completed - Shipments where the PO has been moved to a final status in the Buyer Company's ERP
- Ready to Ship - Shipments with basic shipping details entered by the supplier (enabled by Buyer Company)
- Unshipped - Shipments updated by the supplier as unshipped
- All - This filter will display both active and inactive shipments
4) Tracking data will be visible only if the order line was shipped using specific carriers
Advanced Search
Advanced Search enables Buyers and Suppliers to utilize multiple shipment fields and data points to produce customized search results. You will be able to select from standard SourceDay fields as well as any customized fields added and enabled during integration.
Note: The results of your Advanced Search will be saved. Unless you clear the search, each time you open SourceDay, the results of the advanced search will be displayed. Be sure to clear your search parameters from the Advanced Search menu if this is not your preference.
Searching for Items
1) Click the advanced search button on the right side of the screen next to the Export button
2) Once you click the button, the Advanced Search screen will pop out on the left side
3) Click in the box below Add Column to view the dropdown list of searchable fields
4) Click on the field name to add the field to your search criteria
5) Selected field names will appear in the Add Column box once they have been added, click the x next to the field name to remove that field from your search.
