SourceDay PO Collaboration displays all your purchase orders at the line level and then organizes the PO Lines into various views based on the order line status, the actions that need to be taken, and the PO line lifecycle.
When PO lines reach specific triggers email notifications are sent to the supplier and the buyer listed on the PO informing them of the response type needed. For example, when POs are opened and firmed in your ERP, SourceDay will automatically send an email with the order directly to the supplier listed on the PO.
