- How to run PO Reports
- How to schedule a report
- Available PO Reports
Where do I find PO reports?
Reports are available for buyers and suppliers within our PO Collaboration tool.
Buyers can find reports under Performance Insights.
Suppliers can find reports under Reports.
How do I run reports?
1. Select a report from the Available Reports menu and click Run.
2. Set up the parameters of your desired report, for example if you want to export all of your pending orders - select pending.
In the example below we've selected a Tab Export. I'll need to determine which tab of the PO Dashboard and in what format (CSV/Excel or PDF).
3. Determine how often you want this report to run. For a one-time report - leave as is with "One Time Report" showing & click Run. Alternatively you can click on the "One Time Report" button to switch to "Scheduled Report" and set up how often to run this report.
4. The Report will generate and run in the background. Be sure to check the Notify when complete box to receive the report via email so you don't have to keep checking back. The email will include a link to the report that will be active for 14 days after the report is generated.
5. Scroll down to view Generated Reports. These will be available for download for two weeks after they are created. Any SourceDay user in your company will have access to these reports.
How do I set up a scheduled report?
Scheduled Reports are available for buyers and suppliers within our PO Collaboration tool under the Reports tab (Buyers can find reports under Performance Insights).
1. Select the report you would like to run and set up the report specifications (type, format, notification).
2. Click Notify when completed to receive an email notification with a link to the report. The link will only be active for 14 days after the report is generated.
3. Click on the button "One Time Report" to select "Scheduled Report." Now you can set up how often to run this report based on the number of days, weeks, months, years as well as schedule the first run date.
3. Scheduled Reports will be listed under Scheduled Reports, and they may be edited or deleted by the report creator.
4. Scroll down to view Generated Reports. These will be available for download for two weeks after they are created. Only the SourceDay user that created these reports will have access to these reports.
